Citrix Online Invites Small Businesses and Individual Professionals to Participate in Final Development of Citrix GoToAssist Express Remote Support Tool

Amersham, UK - Citrix Online is inviting small businesses and individual consultants to participate in the final development of Citrix GoToAssist Express, its new remote support solution designed specifically to enable small businesses and professionals to provide instant, Web-based support to their customers. GoToAssist Express is customer-designed to provide an affordable, easy-to-use remote-support tool that will enable users to instantly and securely view and control their customers’ PCs, reducing support costs by eliminating travel time for desk-side visits, and ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.

Citrix Online developed the first online instant remote support tool, Citrix GoToAssist, which revolutionised the way support could be delivered. With the development of GoToAssist Express, the GoToAssist product line will deliver the only purpose-built remote support portfolio that can address the needs of organisations of any size – from the smallest business to the largest corporate enterprise.
