LONDON, UK – Analysys Mason Group, global advisors on telecoms, digital media and ICT solutions, and the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA) are searching for the UK’s Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year.
Analysys Mason and its subsidiaries, Mason Communications and Catalyst IT Partners, are delighted to be associated with the CCMA Awards, having worked extensively in the call centre management sector, and delivered ICT solutions to contact centres across the UK .
The industry accolade, sponsored by Analysys Mason, is new to the CCMA Call Centre Manager of the Year Awards, now in their thirteenth year. The CCMA Awards aim to endorse best practice, reward innovation and promote excellence within the contact and call centre industry. Nominations must be in by the 21 March 2008.
The 2008 CCMA Awards recognise outstanding performance by managers and supervisors of contact centres, helpdesks and customer service organisations throughout the UK. Judging will be carried out by a team of impartial industry experts for each of the four categories including:
- Call Centre Manager of the Year
- Team Manager of the Year
- Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year
- Learning Champion
