Solutions to be Released at CeBIT Conference in Hannover, Germany
Hoesbach/Germany – ASC, a leading global provider of innovative solutions to record, analyze and evaluate communications, today announced two new products in its recording suite have been certified by Siemens for full interoperability after rigorous testing.
EVOip Server Software 8.0 provides VoIP recording for the Siemens HiPath 8000 and for the Siemens HiPath TRADING IP. Both solutions will be demonstrated for the first time at the shared ASC/Siemens booth #D37, Hall 13 at the CeBIT Conference, Hannover Exhibition Center, Hannover, Germany, from March 4-9, 2008.
CeBIT is the world’s largest trade show promoting telecommunications and digital IT solutions for consumers and major industries including financial institutions, government agencies and the service sector.
Harald Zapp, Chief Operating Officer of ASC, said, “CeBIT is a perfect location to launch our Siemens recording suite. We are particularly proud of its applications for financial institutions because they need high-performance, reliable recording solutions for both traditional telephony and VoIP environments.”
EVOip for Siemens is entirely software-based and compatible with customer-provided “off-the-shelf” servers for either Windows or Linux operating systems. The active version of EVOip for Siemens 8.0 is the first VoIP recording solution on the market to handle both standard and encrypted calls in a Siemens HiPath 8000 environment.
Call Recording for HiPath TRADING IP is the first pure IP-based communications recording system for trading floors. It provides a scaleable solution for up to 200 channels per recorder and integrates with the Siemens IP-based client turret, “Hector”. Call Recording for HiPath TRADING IP uses ASC’s Recording Interface Application (RIA) for CTI integration without a separate server.
ASC has been designated as an Advanced Partner by the Siemens Enterprise Technology Partner Program. The program provides customers with tailor-made plug-and-play solutions tested and certified for full interoperability with both HiPath 8000 and HiPath TRADING IP.
