Vendor aims to teach partners to become 'certified Double-Take professionals' with web-based course
Double-Take Software has launched a training course designed to educate channel partners on its technology.
The web-based training course, which is also open to end-users, can be taught at desks or in classrooms. The vendor said the course teaches users how to install, configure and use Double-Take Software’s technology to protect Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange Server.
Mike Lesh, vice-president of professional services, support and training at Double-Take Software, said: “Our goal is to provide partners and customers with a way to become self-sufficient in configuring Double-Take and to become a certified Double-Take professional.”
The course also allows users to remotely examine Double-Take’s graphical-user interface through task-based exercises.
