Industry veteran Brent Rhymes appointed president & CEO of leading supplier of IT process automation and integration software

Skywire Software, a leading global provider of software and services to the insurance, financial services, and legal and professional services industries, today announced the spin off its successful line of iWave Integrator integration software into an independent company under the name iWave Software, LLC. The creation of the new company solidifies iWave Software as a leading independent vendor of IT service management (ITSM) integration software, and positions the company for entry into the fast-growing run book automation market.

Brent Rhymes, who previously served as general manager for iWave Integrator, has been named president & CEO of the new company. He co-founded two successful technology startup companies, Knoxville-based FileKeeper, Inc. and Houston-based Gapware Solutions Corporation. Rhymes has also held senior executive positions at NetIQ, NEON Systems and Scalable Software, as well as sales and management positions at Microsoft Corporation, IBM and Exxon Company USA.
