Fraud trial comes to an end after 'technical error' in paperwork

UPDATE

A judge has thrown out the case of former managing director of Future Network Systems (FNS) after a technical error on the paperwork.

Stuart Mann, faced charges of alleged conspiracy and fraudulent trading at Southwark Crown Court earlier this week, after his company went into administration in 2003 with debts believed to be in the region of £3m to £4m.

His co-defendant Denise Davie also faced the same charges.

However the court confirmed that the fraudulent trading charge has now been dropped against both defendents.

Mann could still appear back in court faced with charges of perjury and perverting the course of justice and that the Insolvency Service is still monitoring his case.
