The next in our line is IE Tab.

IE Tab is a Firefox extension that embeds Internet Explorer in tabs of Mozilla/Firefox. IE Tab is a Web developer's dream, and it's a must-have for Firefox users who are sick of firing up Internet Explorer to view IE-only Web sites. It's a useful tool for Web developers, since you can easily see how your pages display in IE with just one click.

New in version 1.2 is an even-easier-to-use interface. The old methods still work, as in right-clicking a link to access the View in IE Tab option, or pasting the link directly into the interface options.

Now, IE Tab installs a Firefox logo on the browser's bottom taskbar. Left-clicking it re-opens the current page in IE. Middle-clicking opens the current page in a new tab with the IE engine. Right-clicking shows the site's filter, which allows you to always open listed sites in an IE tab. The new functions make switching among IE tabs and Firefox painless and smooth, even if the Options menu takes a bit to get used to. Most importantly, it minimizes the amount of time needed to switch between Firefox and IE, a feature all Firefox users can appreciate.

The latest version supports enable/disable for each rule in the Site Filter and improves the layout of the Options Context Menu.
