Telecoms provider selling cheap PBX equipment hunts for VARs

A UK firm touting itself as the alternative to BT is offering a system aimed at SMEs that it has claimed gives high-end PBX features at a cheap price, using voice over IP technology.

Band Telecom, which is also looking to recruit voice and data resellers, is offering a hosted PBX and will provide local, regional and national numbers, free SIP to SIP dialling, and per second call costs.
Features of the service include voicemail, voicemail to email, remote access to voicemail from any phone, call forwarding and call transfer.
The PBX features include interactive voice response, call queuing, fax to email, conferences and on line call detail records. Other features include inbound and outbound call recording, call monitoring, and PBX and PSTN line integration.
