Northgate cuts Council's time

Reseller completes City Council deal

VAR Northgate Information Systems has completed its implementation of a hardware and software solution for Coventry City Council.

Northgate’s mobile Building Control application, which also consists of hand-held control devices supplied by the reseller, will enable the Council to make more efficient use of its applications, the VAR claimed.

The Council also claimed it will help it to cut down on its administration time.

Dave Meaden, managing director of Northgate, told CRN: “Coventry City Council has been a client of ours for some time. Our work will increase efficiency and help it to deliver a better overall service to its citizens.”

Steve Davies, head of building control at Coventry City Council, said: “We are excited about our partnership with Northgate. Initial use of the product has proved it is a successful solution.”
