Content management firm Interwoven plans to integrate mobile and static enterprise data
Interwoven will today announce plans to move into managing mobile content.
The enterprise content management firm will announce partnerships with Ericsson, RIM and a series of other vendors in authoring, localisation, search and integration. The aim is to ensure that customers have a consistent view of content across all service channels.
The most eye-catching partner is RIM, in an alliance that will see Interwoven develop a mobile version of its WorkSite ECM product for the BlackBerry.
“Everybody is looking to multi-channel publishing so it’s a question of how you deliver a consistent customer experience,” said Eben Miller, senior director of product marketing at Interwoven.
