Agreement will help VAR boost services portfolio
Managed services specialist Phoenix IT has signed a partnership agreement with Cisco Silver Partner Connectology.
As a result of the agreement, VAR Connectology will add 24x7 infrastructure support from Phoenix to its own services portfolio.
Jonathan Wagstaffe, managing director of Connectology said: “This agreement gives us the backing of a well-established support organisation and the Phoenix network support operations center. Our focus is on quality of service and customer care and we were particularly impressed by the way that Phoenix approaches business; they are very consultative, which is similar to our own philosophy. It means that our two companies have a great cultural fit.”
Paul Sallis, Channel SalesDirector of Phoenix IT Services, added: “We are delighted to be working with Connectology. The Phoenix support organisation will enhance the personal service that Connectology offers through its own consultants and we see great potential in this partnership.
