OK, so we just met with Motorola, and while the new Razr V3i phones were attractive, I had my eye on one thing: What else? The Motorola Q. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I wanted, which was a specific release date and price, but the Moto rep did tell me that the hardware has been finalized (it's gone through several iterations), so that's a step in the right direction. While Motorola said the safe answer was that it would be available in Q2 2006, the rep added that it would be in stores very soon. Should I even get my hopes up? On a side note, I got a few minutes to play with the Q, and I'm not sure if it's because I haven't seen it in a while, but the smart phone seemed even smaller than I remember. It's downright sexy.
