South African paid search giant Clicks2Customers expands into Europe

London, UK – The rapid growth experienced by search marketing across the globe has been the catalyst for Clicks2Customers, the US high performance paid search marketing specialists and strategic partner to Google South Africa, to expand into Europe.

With headquarters in South Africa, and a large presence in the US market as well as a European office based in London, Clicks2Customers not only create and optimise paid search campaigns for companies, including two of the UK’s top ten travel sites, but has its own unique ‘longtail’ technology. This enables Clicks2Customers to develop a focused paid search strategy that greatly increases the likelihood of an individual web search for products or services, to convert to an online sale.

Stafford Masie, Country Manager at Google South Africa commented, “Clicks2customers is one of the largest online search campaign optomisers/providers in the country; they were an obvious choice as a strategic partner when opening in South Africa. Expanding their substantial affiliate business to Europe to offer direct agency services via a London office is a natural progression."

Ivan Izikowitz, Managing Director, Clicks2Customers UK, said, “We are looking forward to growing Clicks2Customers within the European market. The European expansion follows less than a year after Clicks2Customers successfully expanded its direct agency model into the US market. With the web totally transforming the way in which Europeans search and shop for consumer goods, our blue chip experience in the USA and South Africa means we are ideally placed to offer performance paid search marketing solutions across the water.”

Izikowitz continued, “It is no surprise that paid search has rapidly become an integral part of companies’ overall marketing and business strategy because it enables companies to generate an enormous amount of data that can help identify and target customers more closely, and is totally measureable.”
