Oracle Gives Customers a New Way to Cost-Effectively Communicate and Collaborate with Partners

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. - Oracle today announced the availability of Oracle's Siebel CRM On Demand Partner Subscription option, which enables Oracle customers to easily and cost-effectively extend their sales, marketing and services business processes to their partner ecosystem. Siebel CRM On Demand Partner Subscription option is designed to help companies more effectively collaborate with third parties and increase revenue across their partner network.

"Oracle's Siebel CRM On Demand Partner Subscription option will enable us to cost-effectively share critical data with our resellers to help accelerate our sales cycle and close deals at a faster rate," said Sanjay Kaul, IT manager, NetApp StoreVault. "This Oracle solution gives us the flexibility to engage our partner channel and streamline communication at a price point that is compelling."

Through a limited use license, the Siebel CRM On Demand Partner Subscription option enables companies to share select information with their partners to streamline joint sales, marketing and service activities. Partners can access a subset of core Siebel CRM On Demand features including leads, opportunities, campaigns, services requests, analytics and market development funds support. This solution provides companies with more visibility into their channel networks and enables them to achieve a 360-degree customer view as all customer information is centralized, accessible and secure. Additionally, by sharing this information collaboratively, customers and partners can enable improved communication, decreasing operational costs and increasing revenue streams.

"We are committed to helping our customers be successful and competitive in every aspect of their business," Oracle Senior Vice President of CRM Anthony Lye. "Oracle understands the importance of partnerships. By giving our customers the ability to integrate better with their partner channels, we are enabling them to continue to leverage their business ecosystem for growth."
