"The Microsoft .NET architecture makes it easy to integrate Touchpaper's service management solutions with Microsoft Outlook and SMS and with any other applications that utilise web services components. We look forward to our continued successful collaboration with Microsoft."

Karl Noakes, director of the partner development group at Microsoft said:" Customers are looking for partner companies that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities. They need to trust in someone that can act as an expert advisor for their long-term strategic technology plans."

"Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, which have certified expertise and direct training and support from Microsoft, can build a positive customer experience with our technologies. As a Microsoft Gold partner, Touchpaper can offer its customers the reassurance of a truly professional organisation with the backing of Microsoft's resources," Noakes added.
